This Privacy Policy explains how Happiness AI Tech (“we,” “us,” or “our”) handles information when you use the MySSH Android application (the “App”).
Release note: Replace the developer name, contact address, and App name if they change before publishing this policy on Google Play. This document is a product-specific draft and should be reviewed for legal and Google Play requirements before publication.
MySSH is a local-first SSH and terminal client. We do not operate a user account system and do not intentionally collect or sell personal information, display advertising, or use third-party analytics in the App.
The App can connect to servers and optional AI services selected by you. Information you enter or send through those connections is transmitted to the destination you choose and is governed by that destination’s privacy policy and terms.
Depending on the features you use, the App may handle the following information:

We do not use your information for targeted advertising, profiling, or selling to data brokers.
When you connect to a server, the App sends connection and authentication data to the server or network path you configure. Terminal input, terminal output, commands, and files may pass between the App and that remote server. The App does not control what the server operator logs or retains.
AI features are optional. If enabled, the App sends the prompt and the conversation messages required for the request to the provider and endpoint configured by you. This may include sensitive information if you include it in your prompt or conversation.
You may configure a compatible external provider, a private-network endpoint, or a local service such as Ollama where supported. The selected provider may process, retain, or use submitted content under its own privacy policy and terms. Review that provider’s policy before sending confidential information. We do not control the privacy practices of external AI providers.
The Android operating system, your mobile carrier, Wi-Fi provider, VPN, proxy, jump host, and remote server may process technical information required to route network traffic. Their handling is governed by their own policies.
App settings and user-created data are stored on the device. Sensitive records such as saved host profiles, identities, credentials, AI settings, and command history are protected using encryption backed by Android Keystore where applicable. Biometric authentication is handled by Android; the App does not receive or store your biometric image or biometric template.
The App disables Android cloud backup and device-transfer backup for its private application data. However, no storage or transmission method is completely secure. You are responsible for protecting your device, unlock credentials, SSH keys, passwords, API keys, and remote-server access.
We do not maintain a central account or server database for your App data. Locally stored information remains on your device until you delete it in the App, clear the App’s data, or uninstall the App, subject to Android behavior and any copies you intentionally make elsewhere.
Information sent to a remote server or AI provider may be retained by that third party according to its policies. To request deletion from such a third party, contact that provider directly.

The App is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so that we can review the request.
We may update this Privacy Policy when the App’s features or data practices change. We will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, provide notice in the App or on the distribution page.

출시 전 확인: Google Play에 게시하기 전에 개발자명, 연락처, 앱 이름이 실제 정보와 일치하는지 확인하고, 변경된 경우 수정하십시오. 이 문서는 앱 구현을 기준으로 작성한 제품별 초안이므로 게시 전 법률 및 Google Play 정책 검토가 필요합니다.
MySSH는 로컬 우선 방식의 SSH·터미널 클라이언트입니다. 앱은 사용자 계정 시스템을 운영하지 않으며, 앱에서 개인정보를 의도적으로 수집하거나 판매하지 않습니다. 광고를 표시하지 않고 제3자 분석 도구를 사용하지 않습니다.
앱은 사용자가 선택한 서버 및 선택적 AI 서비스에 연결할 수 있습니다. 이러한 연결을 통해 사용자가 입력하거나 전송하는 정보는 사용자가 선택한 목적지로 전송되며, 해당 목적지의 개인정보처리방침과 약관이 적용됩니다.
사용하는 기능에 따라 앱은 다음 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다.
앱은 연락처, 위치, 카메라, 마이크 또는 통화기록 접근 권한을 요청하지 않습니다.
앱은 사용자가 요청한 기능을 제공하기 위해서만 정보를 사용합니다. 예를 들면 다음과 같습니다.
당사는 타깃 광고, 이용자 프로파일링 또는 데이터 브로커에 대한 판매를 목적으로 정보를 사용하지 않습니다.
사용자가 서버에 연결하면 앱은 사용자가 설정한 서버 또는 네트워크 경로로 연결 정보와 인증 정보를 전송합니다. 터미널 입력, 터미널 출력, 명령어 및 파일이 앱과 원격 서버 사이에서 전송될 수 있습니다. 원격 서버 운영자가 어떤 정보를 기록하거나 보관하는지는 앱이 통제하지 않습니다.
AI 기능은 선택 사항입니다. AI 기능을 활성화하면 앱은 요청에 필요한 프롬프트와 대화 메시지를 사용자가 설정한 제공자 및 엔드포인트로 전송합니다. 프롬프트나 대화에 포함한 민감한 정보도 전송될 수 있습니다.
지원되는 경우 호환 외부 제공자, 사설 네트워크 엔드포인트 또는 Ollama와 같은 로컬 서비스를 설정할 수 있습니다. 선택한 제공자는 자체 개인정보처리방침과 약관에 따라 전송된 콘텐츠를 처리·보관·사용할 수 있습니다. 기밀 정보를 보내기 전에 해당 제공자의 정책을 확인하십시오. 외부 AI 제공자의 개인정보 처리방침은 당사가 통제하지 않습니다.
Android 운영체제, 이동통신사, Wi-Fi 제공자, VPN, 프록시, Jump Host 및 원격 서버는 네트워크 트래픽 전달에 필요한 기술 정보를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이들의 정보 처리는 각자의 정책에 따릅니다.
앱 설정과 사용자가 생성한 정보는 기기에 저장됩니다. 저장된 호스트 프로필, ID, 자격증명, AI 설정 및 명령어 기록과 같은 민감한 기록은 해당되는 경우 Android Keystore 기반 암호화로 보호됩니다. 생체인증은 Android가 처리하며, 앱은 사용자의 생체 이미지나 생체 템플릿을 받거나 저장하지 않습니다.
앱은 비공개 앱 데이터에 대해 Android 클라우드 백업 및 기기 전송 백업을 비활성화합니다. 다만 어떠한 저장·전송 방식도 완전히 안전하지는 않습니다. 기기, 잠금 인증정보, SSH 키, 비밀번호, API 키 및 원격 서버 접근 권한을 보호할 책임은 사용자에게 있습니다.
당사는 앱 데이터에 대한 중앙 계정 또는 서버 데이터베이스를 운영하지 않습니다. 기기에 저장된 정보는 앱에서 삭제하거나, Android 설정에서 앱 데이터를 삭제하거나, 앱을 제거할 때까지 기기에 남아 있을 수 있습니다. 사용자가 별도로 복사한 데이터는 그 복사본의 저장 위치와 정책에 따릅니다.
원격 서버 또는 AI 제공자로 전송된 정보는 해당 제3자의 정책에 따라 보관될 수 있습니다. 제3자에게 보관된 정보의 삭제를 요청하려면 해당 제공자에게 직접 문의해야 합니다.
앱은 다음 Android 권한 또는 플랫폼 기능을 사용할 수 있습니다.
앱은 만 13세 미만 아동을 대상으로 하지 않으며, 아동의 개인정보를 고의로 수집하지 않습니다. 아동이 앱을 통해 개인정보를 제공했다고 판단되는 경우 아래 연락처로 알려주시면 검토하겠습니다.
앱 기능 또는 정보 처리 방식이 변경되는 경우 본 개인정보처리방침을 업데이트할 수 있습니다. 변경 시 위 시행일과 최종 수정일을 갱신하고, 필요한 경우 앱 또는 배포 페이지를 통해 안내합니다.
