The App collects the minimum amount of personal information necessary to provide its services.

- Information You Provide Directly: Memo text, image and photo files, folder and group names, and tag information.
- Information Collected Automatically During Service Use: Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA).
B. How We Collect Information
- Information is collected directly when you create memos, folders, tags, or attach images within the App.
- The Advertising Identifier is collected automatically when you launch and use the App.
Note: All your memo and image data is stored securely only on your device and is not transmitted to any external servers.
2. How We Use Your Information
The App uses the collected information for the following purposes:
- Memo and Folder Management: To provide the core functionalities of the App, such as creating, storing, editing, and deleting tree-structured memos.
- Personalized Advertising: To provide personalized banner ads through Google AdMob, which allows us to maintain the App as a free service.
3. Sharing Your Information with Third Parties
We do not share your personal information with third parties except as necessary for our legitimate business purposes, or as required by law. Currently, the App shares personal information with the following third party to provide personalized advertising services:
- Recipient: Google (AdMob)
- Information Provided: Advertising Identifier (ADID/IDFA)
- Purpose of Use by Recipient: To serve personalized ads and to measure and analyze ad performance.
- Retention Period: As determined by the third-party's own policies.
4. Data Retention and Deletion
As a general rule, your personal information is destroyed without delay once the purposes for its collection and use have been achieved.
- Data Stored by You (Memos, Images, etc.): This data is retained until you manually delete it within the App or until you uninstall the App from your device. As all data is stored locally on your device, it is permanently deleted when the App is uninstalled.
5. Your Rights and Choices
You may access, modify, or delete your information at any time through the App's features. Since all data is stored on your device, you can directly manage the deletion of your data using the delete functions within the App.
6. How We Protect Your Information
We take the following measures to ensure the security of your personal information so that it is not lost, stolen, leaked, altered, or damaged.
- Internal Management: All user data is stored exclusively on your local device, not on external servers, minimizing the risk of data breaches.
- Access Control: The App provides a lock feature (password, biometric authentication) to control unauthorized access.

앱은 수집한 개인정보를 다음의 목적을 위해 활용합니다.
- 메모 및 폴더 관리: 트리 구조의 메모 생성, 저장, 편집, 삭제 등 앱의 핵심 기능 제공
- 맞춤형 광고 제공: Google AdMob을 통한 맞춤형 배너 광고를 제공하여 앱 서비스를 무료로 유지하기 위함
3. 개인정보의 제3자 제공
앱은 정보주체의 동의, 법률의 특별한 규정 등 「개인정보 보호법」 제17조 및 제18조에 해당하는 경우에만 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공합니다. 앱은 현재 맞춤형 광고 서비스 제공을 위해 다음과 같이 개인정보를 제3자에게 제공하고 있습니다.

- 메모, 이미지 등 이용자가 저장한 데이터: 이용자가 앱 내에서 해당 데이터를 직접 삭제하거나 앱을 기기에서 삭제할 때까지 보유합니다. 데이터는 이용자의 기기에만 저장되므로 앱 삭제 시 모든 데이터는 영구적으로 파기됩니다.
5. 정보주체와 법정대리인의 권리·의무 및 그 행사방법
이용자는 언제든지 앱 내 기능을 통해 자신의 정보를 조회, 수정, 삭제할 수 있습니다. 데이터는 모두 이용자의 기기 내에 저장되어 있으므로, 데이터의 삭제는 앱 내 삭제 기능을 통해 직접 수행할 수 있습니다.
6. 개인정보의 안전성 확보 조치
앱은 이용자의 개인정보를 처리함에 있어 개인정보가 분실, 도난, 유출, 변조 또는 훼손되지 않도록 안전성 확보를 위하여 다음과 같은 조치를 하고 있습니다.
- 내부 관리: 모든 이용자 데이터는 외부 서버가 아닌 이용자의 개인 기기 내부에만 저장하여 정보 유출의 위험을 최소화합니다.
- 접근 통제: 앱 잠금(비밀번호, 생체인증) 기능을 제공하여 허가되지 않은 접근을 제어합니다.
